Shipping method and costs

For delivery, we only support Standard shipping, shipping time is 3-12 working days EST, and the cost is calculated as follows:

For orders less than $30, we will charge $5.9 for freight;

For orders between $30(included) – $60, we will charge $3.9 for freight;

Free shipping for orders over $60(included). 

Sales tax

Sales tax is the responsibility of the individual buyer, we do not currently cover this cost.

Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all taxes. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

Shipping areas

Currently, we can only ship products to the continental United States. Due to the sustained global impact of COVID-19, international shipping has been greatly restricted and we have chosen to temporarily close our international service in order not to compromise the overall quality of our service. Subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website.

Order processing

Handling time: Within 24 hours. Our order cutoff time is 5 pm (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5 pm (EST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday. (holiday extension)

Orders tracking

If you have created a login with us, you may track your order directly on your account by logging in here and visiting the order status page.

Once your payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. You will also receive a second e-mail (which may take up to 48 hours) once your order is shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Shipping issues

Excessive shipping time: If you have not received the product more than 30 days after delivery, please first make sure that you have filled in your receiving information correctly first. If the information is correct and you have not received it, please contact us to re-deliver and we will compensate you with a $5 coupon or refund you directly. If the information is incorrect please take responsibility for it yourself.

Excessive order processing time: If your order has not been processed for more than 10 working days, please contact us at info@valliewood.com and we will arrange a reshipment as soon as possible and compensate you with a $3 coupon or refund you directly.

Loss of goods: It is very important to check that your information is correct before placing an order, especially your shipping address. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, it may cause the package to be delivered to the wrong address, and we are not responsible for the loss of the package caused by this situation. If your address is correct and the parcel is lost in transit, please contact us first and we will arrange for someone to help you contact the logistics company.

Parcel issues

Parcel signature: For security purposes, all Valliewood deliveries require a signature. You will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or e-mail and please prepare for receiving the goods in advance.

Parcel redirect: We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

Parcel rejection: If you reject the package, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
